Linux cluster
Scheduler: Presently working on porting of an IBM-SP2 scheduler
to Linux clusters.
Shell and socket programming using C on UNIX: Designed and coded a shell equivalent to C shell with client features like ftp integrated with it. Shared memory and semaphore related programs in C for classical problems like producer-consumer problem. Memory and CPU scheduler using C on Sun OS: Designed and coded long term and short term schedulers and also implemented and analyzed LRU and FIFO caching algorithms. Open-GL Graphics programming with C on IRIX: Projects implemented involved animations, lighting, texture mapping and hierarchical modeling. Hardware logic designing with VHDL: Design of arithmetic logic units using powerview. |
